Constitution and By-Laws
Barwon Heads 13th Beach SLSC operates in accordance with its Constitution, which was most recently reviewed in 2025. This review included a comprehensive update, ensuring the Constitution remains current and aligned with best practice governance standards.
The review process was thorough, with all stakeholders provided the opportunity to contribute feedback and comment. A similar inclusive approach will be undertaken for the ongoing review of the Club's By-Laws.
