Associate

Associate Membership for the 2026/2027 season is available to adults aged 18 years and over who are looking to regain a previous SLSA or LSV award before returning as an Active Member. Membership is valid until 31 August 2027.

• Access to the Members' Lounge.
• Attendance at club social functions.
• Use of club facilities, including the clubhouse, changerooms, showers and toilets, in accordance with club policies.
• Access to club training equipment and resources, as approved by the club, to assist with gaining or renewing lifesaving awards.
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

An Associate Member is any person over the age of 18 years who may or may not hold lifesaving awards. This membership category is ideal for individuals who previously held a lifesaving award or are working towards or gaining qualifications before becoming an Active Member. Associate Members are valued members of the 13th Beach Barwon Heads SLSC community and are welcome to participate in club activities and utilise club facilities and equipment while progressing towards their award requirements.

All adult members (18+) must hold an IDU account to gain entry to the Members Bar. Details for this will follow in the purchase email.
